Hey guys and gals. Another month is upon us, and I just wanted to update you about everything going on.
Shipping – Pretty much everyone should have received their physical items by now. If you have not, and it is past the time on your tracking email (if you received one), then contact me, and we’ll figure out what’s happening.
Roll20 – After talking to someone specializing in Roll20 conversion and reaching out to Roll20, I discovered today that Roll20 does not currently accept 18+ content. That means that getting Lewd Dungeon Adventures onto the Roll20 platform is currently on the back burner. They said in their email that they plan on accepting 18+ content soon but did not give me a date.
Spencer’s Gifts – I have contacted the Spencer’s Gifts buyer team. They are currently reviewing Lewd Dungeon Adventures to see if they wish to stock it in their stores.
Adam & Eve - After spending all of last month making phone calls and no one ever answering their phone, today I have left a voicemail with their buyer in the hopes that they’ll return my call or give me an email address to send information to.
Alliance (Game Distributor) – Same as above. If I do not hear back from Alliance by the end of the week, I will try my luck with a different distributor the following week.
Price of the Dragon Pre-Launch and Launch Date - Price of the Dragon is currently on pre-launch on Kickstarter. Our official launch date will be Tuesday, 04/11. Everything Has Shipped + Price of the Dragon Pre-Launch

I just wanted to let you guys know that the final 47 packages that had been returned were picked up by the post office today. That means everything has officially shipped! We are super excited we were able to get these orders out today instead of next week, not only because we like getting stuff done early, but also because Kickstarter approved the pre-launch page for Price of the Dragon today. The planned launch date isn't until April 14th. I say planned because once we integrate with a marketing partner, they may suggest we launch on a different day, so I don't want to make that the official date just yet. However, the Kickstarter will most definitely launch in April. Shipping Update

I’m not going to lie; the shipping nightmare continues, but we are at least making some progress.
If your order was affected by the OSM issue (stuck in Tennessee), it will reship today (03/01). I assume that since these are being processed like new orders, you should receive an email with a new tracking number.
If your order was Returned to Sender, it will likely reship tomorrow (03/02). I say likely because the warehouse received a new batch of 48 returns from USPS yesterday. If you were unfortunate enough to be included in that batch, it will take about a week before we can ship back out, as it takes time for me to get refunded by USPS for shipping. You should receive an email with a new tracking number once your order ships.
We are unsure if any more packages are being returned by USPS but we hope this will be it.
I again want to apologize for the delay and thank everyone for your patience.
Update on Shipping Problems: If your Order is Return to Sender or Stuck in TN

179 international orders were recently rejected by the post office for not having the correct weight. What was supposed to have happened = the post office should have pushed them through, and I should have been charged the difference. What actually happened = they rejected the orders, which, according to my shipping partner, is a fluke but happens sometimes.
These shipments have already been delivered back to the warehouse. I am awaiting a refund on shipping for them, and then they will be re-shipped.
Yesterday, I was made aware of a problem with orders saying they should have been delivered, but when you look at the tracking information, it says they never left Tennessee. These orders were all shipped by OSM. So, if that was the courier for your order, it is still at the warehouse.
What happened with this was that that particular courier requires 400 packages to issue an order for pickup. There were only 310 packages assigned to them. Our shipping partner seems to have missed the email on that, so those packages have literally just been sitting at the warehouse, even though tracking information was generated for them and sent to customers.
Shipping on these orders is in the process of being canceled and re-issued, at which point, the packages will be shipped out with another courier.
I want to apologize to anyone affected by these two issues.
